Minot property information is now on the O'Donnell & Associates website. Minot recognizes the importance of making government information open and easy to access. Sharing assessing information is a good way to show that the Town operates openly.

In loving memory of Ruth Ham the staff at O'Donnell & Associates will proudly continue her work in Shapleigh tax assessing. She was an angel on earth. There is no doubt she will continue to guide us as we look to the heavens.

Boothbay has digital maps but the maps are many years out of date. The Town is contracting with O'Donnell & Associates to get caught up. The Boothbay digital mapping project will benefit Boothbay property owners and Town Departments like public safety, code enforcement, planning, public works, and assessing.

O'Donnell & Associates appreciates being the beneficiary of Denis' extraordinary organizational skills for twenty years. Denis has been a hard worker his entire life. He preaches individual responsibility. He practices what he preaches every single day. Not everyone works on improving their skill set after twenty years on the job but he does. Temple will conduct the Town's first ever revaluation in 2013. O'Donnell & Associates will visit all Temple properties to establish new assessed values. The revaluation will utilize O'Donnell's computer assisted Maine assessing software.
